Remote Internship Content Creation (Marketing or Writing Focus) 
As a Content Creator You Will:
Have your work published and expand your portfolio
• Receive a letter of recommendation upon completion of the program
• Pitch, write, and edit meaningful and resourceful content
• Learn how to develop content that encourages engagement and reaches large audiences.

Focus Area: For their focus, interns can choose between blog writing, social media content creation, or both. You will have the opportunity to create several articles and/ or posts that have a meaningful impact on several local and global communities. These content creations can be used as additions to your resume and portfolio.

Qualifications + How To Apply: Must be in the first, second, or third year at an accredited school. Must commit to at least 3 months in the internship program. Writing or blogging experience preferred Please attach your resume, a writing sample, and a short paragraph detailing your interest in the internship.

DETAILS: Interns will have the opportunity to take advantage of our company’s wide variety of learning and development programs and systems, including 1:1 mentorship and  custom learning and development sessions.  As an immigration law firm and educational startup,  we recognize that diversity and inclusion are critical components to what we do, so we ensure their integration throughout the program. If accepted, internship participants are given a lot of responsibility and the opportunity to provide a meaningful contribution to their teams. Responsibilities are assigned to interns at the start of the program and throughout their engagement. Students accepted into the internship program will participate remotely.

Remote Senior Immigration Paralegal (Team Lead)
We are looking for a detail-oriented Senior Paralegal with at least five years of experience. Instead of working at the operational level, you will take a strategic role, overseeing and managing the larger picture of our caseload.

In this role, you will:
- Report to our head attorney, with a focus on improving strategic processes
- Need an in-depth understanding of immigration case types and client processes
- Be responsible for coaching and reviewing the work of a team of paralegals, having an overview of at least 30 cases at time
- Be charged with delegating the workload according to the firm’s needs, in addition to managing all next steps
- Oversee case statuses using our proprietary case management system
- Provide regular updates about case status, case tracking information, and client communications with head attorneys
- Offer insight to attorneys and paralegals regarding strategies for properly delegating workload
- Independently manage your own priorities.

Qualifications:
-
5 or more years of experience as an Immigration Paralegal
- Bachelor’s or associate’s degree or Paralegal Certification
- A commitment to providing clients with the best possible service
- A genuine desire to support and guide co-workers
- Excellent customer interaction skills, both written and verbal
- A strong ownership mentality and detail orientation
- Ability to independently manage and delicate tasks in a high-stakes environment
- Extensive experience with spreadsheet or data organization software, such as Excel
